Some Limit Orders incorrectly

Some users noticed their resting limit orders being improperly canceled shortly after placing them.

The root cause was an optimization to a cron-job that cancels resting orders that are no longer fillable. In this case there was a bug where open positions were not properly being accounted for, causing many limit orders to be canceled shortly after being placed (and for older, existing limit orders to be canceled as well.

This has now been fixed
